You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Products such as:
- laptops, cellphones, gps and tablets if any downloadable digital content has been added to its original manufacture configuration cannot be returned.
- Perfumes and Cosmetics once any of the packaging has been opened and used.
- Computers once any of the manufacturer’s warranty seal has been opened.
- Electronic Software Downloads are not returnable or refundable.
- Any computers built or modified by BC to customer’s specifications.
- Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
- Items that have been damaged through intentional or accidental abuse.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return or exchange an Item
Before the product is ship back to our warehouse customer will need a RMA number created by our return department. Customer needs to get in contact by email ( email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive RMA number. Any merchandise returned to our warehouse without RMA number will be refused at the time of delivery.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
